• date,
• time,
• duration,
• location,
• estimated attendance/dumpling eaters,
• if this is the first time you’ve held the event,
• who the other vendors will be, and
• if there’s free food available. 

For catering, you may wish to include budget, serving style, and food requests.  These specifics will help our events coordinator respond quickly to your inquiry.
